Takenpakket

  • Het verkochte dossier komt dus bij jou terecht. Dit zijn grote projecten, soms ook complexe opdrachten die een speciale aanpak vereisen.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de klantenplanning en beslissingsmomenten
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij keuzes rond afwerking, technieken en indeling
  • Overlopen van plannen en dossiers en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie
  • Coördineren van afspraken met toonzalen en leveranciers
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van meer- en minderwerken (nazorg)
  • Samenstellen van een volledig uitvoeringsdossier voor de werf

Profiel

  • Bachelor
  • Bouwtechnische achtergronden
  • + 1 jaar ervaring binnen soortgelijke vacature (klantbegeleiding, bouwconsulent, ...)
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt proactief mee
