Vanuit een sterke technische expertise en een passie voor kwaliteit realiseren zij uiteenlopende projecten voor zowel professionele klanten als particulieren. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een Technisch Bediende die een centrale rol speelt binnen de organisatie. Dankzij een grondige opleiding door de Operational Manager krijg je de kans om de werking van het bedrijf, de producten en de interne processen van A tot Z te leren kennen.

Als Technisch Bediende vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige administratieve ondersteuning verlopen projecten vlot en efficiënt.

  • Verzorgen van de eerstelijnsbehandeling van inkomende telefoonoproepen en doorverwijzen naar de juiste contactpersoon.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van prijsaanvragen van klanten.
  • Opvragen van bijkomende informatie wanneer dossiers niet volledig zijn.
  • Inplannen van offertebezoeken bij de verantwoordelijke medewerkers wanneer een werfbezoek noodzakelijk is.
  • Correct verwerken van goedgekeurde offertes en orders in het ERP-systeem.
  • Aanmaken van projectmappen en zorgvuldig registreren van alle relevante projectgegevens.
  • Opvragen van prijzen en levertermijnen bij vaste leveranciers voor materialen en benodigdheden.
  • Opstellen en verzenden van inkoopbestellingen naar leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Controleren van leverbonnen en nagaan of leveringen overeenstemmen met de geplaatste bestellingen.
  • Verifiëren van inkomende facturen aan de hand van bestel- en leveringsgegevens.
  • Voorbereiden van facturen voor verdere verwerking door de boekhouding.
  • Sterke administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen data-entry, orderverwerking of aankoopadministratie.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische, bouwgerelateerde of industriële omgeving.
  • Grote nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail bij het verwerken van gegevens en controleren van documenten.
  • Vlotte kennis van administratieve software zoals ERP-systemen, Excel en Outlook.
  • Gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkmethode.
  • Professionele communicatieve vaardigheden in contacten met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een praktische kennis van het Frans.
  • Ondernemende en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Klantgerichte houding en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Planmatige, nauwkeurige en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt te functioneren.
