Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een behoorlijke technische bagage specialiteit elektriciteit?

Durf je initiatief te nemen en kijk je verder dan de aan jou toevertrouwde taken?

Heb je helemaal geen zin in een monotoon taakpakket maar zoek je eerder een uitdaging en een zeer divers takenpakket?

Dan is deze vacature perfect wat je zoekt!

  • Als technisch bediende verzorg je mee de technische documentatie die nodig is om de aan ons toevertrouwde projecten mee te starten op te volgen en af te werken.
  • Voorbereiding meerwerken uitwerken.
  • As-built dossier samenstellen.
  • Je zorgt voor de correcte opvolgingen van materialen die op kantoor worden geleverd en zorgt voor de distributie naar de verschillende werven, zowel administratief als het overzichtelijk houden van het magazijn.
  • Inkomende prijsaanvragen behandelen en opvolgen.
  • Technische fiches opvragen en het leveren van de nodige documenten bij indienststelling, keuringsverslagen e.d.
  • Je bent bereid om kleine aanpassingen uit te voeren in autocad in samenwerking met de technische tekenaars.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring of je bent bereid een opleiding te volgen.
  • Je handelt vanuit een langetermijnvisie en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van volgende informaticatoepassingen (Outlook, Excel, Word, adobe).
  • Kennis van aanbestedingsdossiers, Plenionen autocad is een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels en Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om interne opleidingen te volgen die gerelateerd zijn aan de jobinhoud.
