Technisch aangelegd, oog voor detail en graag betrokken bij voertuigen van binnenkomst tot oplevering? Als Technisch Bediende Werkvoorbereider combineer je administratie met praktische controles, aankoopondersteuning en magazijnopvolging. Ideaal als je niet de hele dag achter een bureau wilt zitten, maar ook niet puur uitvoerend technisch wilt werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je vormt een praktische schakel tussen sales, aftersales, aankoop, magazijn en de technische uitvoering. Je volgt voertuigen en bijhorende dossiers nauwkeurig op.

• Je ondersteunt sales en aftersales bij de dagelijkse opvolging

• Je helpt bij aankoop, bestellingen en de praktische voorbereiding van projecten

• Je controleert nieuwe voertuigen wanneer ze binnenkomen

• Je kijkt de staat van het voertuig na, neemt foto's en maakt een volledig dossier aan

• Je beheert dit dossier tijdens het verdere traject

• Na de inrichting voer je een eindcontrole uit op het afgewerkte voertuig

• Je controleert kwaliteit, afwerking en eventuele aandachtspunten

• Je maakt foto's en stelt het volledige opleveringsdossier samen

• Je brengt boorddocumenten, scans en andere voertuigdocumentatie in orde

• Je verwerkt binnenkomende goederen in het magazijn

• Je springt praktisch bij wanneer een andere afdeling ondersteuning nodig heeft

Je volgt dus mee het volledige traject van een voertuig. Van de eerste controle bij aankomst tot de laatste kwaliteitscheck voor oplevering.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt technische interesse en bij voorkeur kennis van voertuigen of automotive techniek

• Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, details en een verzorgde afwerking

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt dossiers gestructureerd bij

• Je denkt praktisch en zoekt oplossingen wanneer iets niet klopt

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en stemt tegelijk vlot af met collega's

• Je beschikt over rijbewijs B

• Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt of je bent bereid dit te behalen

• Je kunt vlot professioneel communiceren in het Nederlands

• Kennis van Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen

• Je wilt bijleren en vindt het geen probleem om ook buiten je vaste taken praktisch bij te springen
