  • Jouw belangrijkste taak is om de doelgroepmedewerkers klaar te maken voor een succesvolle instroom op de reguliere arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je stemt het takenpakket van de doelgroepmedewerkers nauwkeurig af op hun individuele behoeften en vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers om de taken te bepalen en je geeft duidelijke instructies aan de medewerkers. Wanneer nodig, toon je hoe ze een opdracht moeten aanpakken en werk je actief mee.
  • Je observeert de medewerkers, helpt hen bij de ontwikkeling van de juiste arbeidsattitudes en ontdekt hun talenten terwijl je hen begeleidt bij de versterking van hun vaardigheden. Jij bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, werkverdeling en coördinatie van de opdrachten

De ideale kandidaat

Je bent iemand die mensen graag praktisch begeleidt en tegelijk inzicht heeft in wat werken betekent, zowel inhoudelijk als in houding en gedrag. Je beschikt over praktische en technische vaardigheden en kan deze helder en geduldig overbrengen. Bijkomend heb je ervaring met of een sterke affiniteit voor kwetsbare doelgroepen. Je kan duidelijk en consequent afspraken hanteren, met respect en menselijkheid. Daarnaast werk je ordelijk, veilig en gestructureerd. Je bent sterk in observeren en kan gedrag en vaardigheden objectief inschatten. Communiceren doe je vlot en je werkt graag samen. Indien je ervaring hebt in een leerwerkcontext, sociale tewerkstelling of activeringsproject, is dit een pluspunt.
