Kuijpers Technisch Beheerder Rotterdam Zuid-Holland Werktuigbouwkunde Door de groei van klanten en servicecontracten is bij Kuijpers Rotterdam de functie van Technisch Beheerder ontstaan. Als rechterhand van de projectleider houd ik onderhoudscontracten op orde en zorg ik dat installaties altijd optimaal draaien. Mijn baan Als Technisch Beheerder Maintenance ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de coördinatie van diverse onderhoudscontracten in de regio. Ik doe dit niet alleen, maar werk heel nauw samen met de Projectleider Maintenance. Mijn werk bestaat uit organiseren, coördineren en zorgen dat alles achter de schermen klopt: - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van onderhoud - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met monteurs, technici en de projectleider - Technisch beheer van servicecontracten (zonder financiële verantwoordelijkheid) - Inkoop van materialen en diensten - Administratief bijhouden van onderhoudsgegevens en dossiers - Aanspreekpunt voor collega's en opdrachtgevers Ik werk zelfstandig, maar maak deel uit van een hecht team dat recht-door-zee communiceert en resultaat levert . Dankzij mijn structuur en technische kennis verlopen onderhoud en service soepel en efficiënt. Hoewel een afgeronde technische opleiding niet altijd vereist is, is affiniteit met techniek essentieel . Ik begrijp installaties, kan meedenken in verbeteringen en kan zelfstandig handelen. Begeleiding van ervaren collega's helpt me verder groeien - technisch én in overzicht. Over Kuijpers Rotterdam Ik werk bij Kuijpers Rotterdam , een jonge, ambitieuze vestiging die sinds 2022 volop in ontwikkeling is. We groeien richting 2030 van 25 naar 50 collega's.
