Als Technisch Beheerder Vaste Installaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van alle technische installaties op jouw locatie. Je zorgt voor een proactief beheer- en onderhoudsplan waarbij je rekening houdt met de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen van de organisatie. Je vervult een cruciale rol als schakel tussen de technische teams, klanten en leveranciers. Doordat je een vaste locatie beheert, kun je diepgaande kennis opbouwen van de specifieke installaties en systemen, wat jou tot de onbetwiste expert maakt op dit gebied. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen en uitvoeren van onderhoudsplannen voor technische installaties; - Het monitoren en analyseren van de prestaties van installaties en systemen; - Het signaleren en oplossen van storingen en technische problemen; - Het adviseren over verduurzaming en optimalisatie van technische systemen; - Het coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden met interne en externe partners; - Het bijhouden van technische documentatie en logboeken; - Het waarborgen van de veiligheid en compliance van alle technische installaties.

Binnen deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot Senior Technisch Beheerder, Projectleider Techniek of zelfs doorgroeien naar een managementfunctie binnen de technische dienst. Het bedrijf biedt uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden om jouw technische kennis verder te verdiepen of te verbreden naar aangrenzende vakgebieden.
