Goed vastgoed begint bij goed beheer. Als Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat maatschappelijke gebouwen veilig, duurzaam en toekomstbestendig blijven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veelzijdige vastgoedportefeuille en werkt aan locaties die dagelijks door veel mensen worden gebruikt. Je houdt je bezig met onderhoud, verduurzaming en technische vraagstukken. Daarbij schakel je continu tussen gebruikers, gemeenten, leveranciers en interne collega's. Van het opstellen van onderhoudsplannen tot het begeleiden van projecten: jij zorgt dat plannen worden omgezet naar resultaat. Je komt te werken bij een maatschappelijke organisatie die gemeenten ondersteunt bij het beheer, onderhoud en de exploitatie van vastgoed. Denk hierbij aan sportaccommodaties, monumenten en andere gebouwen met een belangrijke functie voor de omgeving. Als Technisch Vastgoedbeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van een diverse vastgoedportefeuille. Je houdt overzicht over onderhoud, adviseert betrokken partijen en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed worden uitgevoerd. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en actualiseren van onderhoudsplannen en meerjarenonderhoudsplanningen (MJOP). - Begeleiden en coördineren van planmatig onderhoud en onderhoudsprojecten. - Opstellen van budgetten en bewaken van onderhoudskosten. - Aansturen en beoordelen van externe leveranciers en onderhoudspartijen. - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers en gebruikers over technische vraagstukken. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid bin...
