Bij Huisvesting.nl zoeken we een Technisch Beheerder Vastgoed die ervoor zorgt dat onze huisvestingslocaties veilig, netjes en goed onderhouden blijven. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt zelfstandig en hebt een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie. Over ons Huisvesting.nl verzorgt woonruimte voor internationale werknemers. Vanuit ons nieuwe kantoor in Nunspeet beheren wij een groeiende portefeuille van ongeveer 150 woningen en huisvestingslocaties. Wij werken met een klein team en korte lijnen. Geen ingewikkelde managementlagen of lange besluitvorming. Zie jij een verbetering? Dan krijg je de ruimte om die direct uit te voeren. Wat ga je doen? De werkzaamheden en deadlines staan in onze planning. Binnen die kaders organiseer jij zelfstandig je werkweek. Je bepaalt de volgorde, schat in hoeveel tijd werkzaamheden kosten en kiest de meest efficiënte aanpak. Je zorgt dat onze locaties technisch in orde, veilig en goed onderhouden zijn. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan een prettige woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag los je een storing op, de volgende dag richt je een nieuwe woning in, voer je onderhoud uit of realiseer je een kleine verbouwing. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Oplossen van storingen en technische meldingen - Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Kleine verbouwingen en renovaties - Inrichten en leeghalen van woningen - Repareren van keukens, s...
