Technisch Beheerder WKO-installaties Als Technisch Beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van WKO-installaties. Je coördineert onderhoud, inspecteert installaties, analyseert en verhelpt storingen en stuurt onderaannemers aan. Daarnaast beheer je technische documentatie, bewaak je de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en adviseer je over technische verbeteringen en verduurzaming. Je werkt zelfstandig en nauw samen met collega's en opdrachtgevers, fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt en draait mee in de storingsdienst. Zo draag je direct bij aan betrouwbare installaties en de verduurzaming van Nederland. Technisch Beheerder WKO-installaties Ben jij een monteur die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en trots wil zijn op wat je bouwt? Dan is dit allicht iets voor jou! Samen met je collega's werk je aan duurzame energiesystemen voor appartementencomplexen en utiliteitsgebouwen. Denk aan warmtepompen en WKO-systemen. Geen standaardwerk, maar projecten waarvan je het resultaat ziet en waar je trots op kunt zijn. Jouw belangrijkste taken: · Installeren van warmtepompen, leidingwerk en afgiftesystemen. · Monteren en aansluiten van duurzame energie-installaties. · Werken vanaf tekeningen en technische specificaties. · Uitvoeren van controles en testen voordat installaties worden opgeleverd. · Signaleren van bijzonderheden en afstemmen met de uitvoerder op het project. · Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en kwalitatief goede uitvoering van het werk.
