Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met technisch inzicht en klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan is deze vacature als Technisch Bestelcoördinator misschien wel iets voor jou!

  • Jouw rol in de technische controles: als een echte speurneus zorg jij ervoor dat alle tekeningen tot in de puntjes kloppen. Je inspecteert alles nauwkeurig en zorgt voor de perfecte afstemming.
  • Orderverwerking: met jouw oog voor detail ben jij de expert in het verwerken van orderbevestigingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct en compleet zijn, zodat alles zonder problemen doorloopt.
  • Opvolging na verkoop: voor jou is geen klant te ver weg. Jij staat altijd klaar als aanspreekpunt, zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling en zorgt ervoor dat het project soepel wordt afgerond.
  • Bestellingen beheren: jij regelt de bestellingen als een pro. Altijd op tijd, altijd nauwkeurig, en altijd met de juiste materialen en hoeveelheden.

Als technisch bestelcoördinator ben je stressbestendig, kan je zelfstandig werken maar ben je ook een echte teamplayer.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of hebt de ervaring die het verschil maakt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt bij voorkeur ook goede kennis van het Frans. Zo garandeer je een vlotte communicatie met klanten en collega's.
  • Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's, en doet dit altijd met een glimlach.
