Perfect. Want voor een interieurbouwer zoeken we een technisch bestelcoördinator die keukenbestellingen controleert tot alles technisch, administratief én praktisch volledig juist zit.

Geen functie waar snelheid belangrijker is dan kwaliteit. Wel een rol waar nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht het verschil maken tussen een vlotte oplevering en miserie achteraf.

Functieomschrijving

Als technisch bestelcoördinator zorg jij voor de laatste technische controle van verkochte keukenprojecten vooraleer bestellingen definitief vertrekken.

Je controleert tekeningen, orderbevestigingen en technische specificaties en zorgt ervoor dat alles volledig, correct en haalbaar verwerkt wordt.

Een typische werkdag?

Je analyseert keukenplannen en vergelijkt bestellingen met technische gegevens en leveranciersinformatie. Je spoort fouten of onduidelijkheden op, stemt af met collega’s of leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct besteld wordt.

Daarnaast volg je dossiers verder op na verkoop en blijf je aanspreekpunt voor vragen of aanpassingen. Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat klanten correct verder geholpen worden.

Je bent dus niet alleen administratief sterk, maar ook technisch scherp genoeg om details te zien die anderen missen.

Een beetje Sherlock Holmes gevoel mag hier gerust aanwezig zijn.

Vereisten

  • Technisch diploma of relevante ervaring
  • Sterk oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en dossiers opvolgen
  • Communicatief sterk naar klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
  • Teamplayer die meedenkt en bijspringt waar nodig
  • Stressbestendig en georganiseerd
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Frans is een sterke plus
  • Vlot met digitale systemen en administratieve opvolging
