Jij beantwoord technische vraagstukken van de klant en zorgt dat ze snel en goed geholpen worden. Als binnendienst medewerker begeleid je het hele proces en weet je overzicht te houden. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch binnendienst medewerker binnen een tof bedrijf, ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat technische vragen snel en deskundig worden beantwoord. Je werkt mee aan het soepel laten verlopen van processen rondom bestellingen, offertes en leveringen. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen klanten rekenen op een snelle en betrouwbare service. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende afdelingen en speelt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van de kwaliteit. Je werkt samen met een hecht team waar veel kennis aanwezig is. Samen met je collega's help je de klant op weg. Op een werkdag adviseer je klanten over technische producten en prijzen. Je stelt offertes op en volgt ze actief op. Orders verwerk je nauwkeurig en je zoekt uit welke onderdelen er precies nodig zijn. Je stemt veel af met de werkplaats, inkoop en logistiek en houdt de status van orders goed in de gaten. Ook behandel je aanvragen voor reparatie, retouren en klachten. - Adviseer klanten over de juiste technische onderdelen, prijzen en levertijden; - Stel offertes op en bewaak de opvolging; - Zoek en identificeer technische onderdelen voor bestellingen of revisies; - Stem af met inkoop, logistiek en de werkplaats voor een soepel proces; - Verwerk aanvragen voor retouren, klachten en levercorrecties.
