Jobomschrijving

  • Uitvoeren van plaatsbezoeken en technische opmetingen bij klanten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over renovatieoplossingen en projectmogelijkheden.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Actief opvolgen en verder uitwerken van bestaande klantenlijsten en leads.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.
  • Intensief samenwerken met projectleiders die instaan voor de technische uitwerking en offerteopmaak.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klant en interne organisatie.
  • Meehelpen aan de verdere uitbouw van het werkgebied binnen Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische affiniteit of relevante technische ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen dakwerken, bouw, renovatie, metaal of een aanverwante sector is een grote troef.
  • Je bent in staat technische opmetingen correct uit te voeren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in een directe werkomgeving.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op met collega's.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
