Ben jij een krak in automechanica met een passie voor techniek? Heb je de natuurlijke flair om een team te motiveren én steek je graag zelf nog de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is dit de uitdaging waar je naar zocht!

Voor een topspeler in de logistieke sector in Kallo zoeken wij een gedreven Brigadier voor de afdeling Accessory.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Brigadier ben jij het kloppend hart van de werkvloer. Je combineert operationele leiding met actieve medewerking.

  • Teamplayer & Coach: Je verdeelt de taken, geeft instructies en coacht je team (inclusief teamleaders) om elke dag het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je waakt over de veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt dat elke opdracht volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Technisch Baken: Met jouw A3 in automechanica ondersteun je collega’s bij technische vraagstukken en blijf je up-to-date met de nieuwste technieken.
  • Administratieve Duizendpoot: Je beheert de mailbox, bestelt verbruiksgoederen en zorgt voor een feilloze productierapportage (Excel/Word).

Profiel

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Diploma: Je hebt een A3 Automechanica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Skills: Je bent stressbestendig, communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Mentaliteit: Je ademt techniek en draagt waarden als Integriteit, Intensiteit en Innovatie hoog in het vaandel.
  • Flexibiliteit: Een 38-urige werkweek in dagshift schrikt je niet af, en je bent bereid om (indien nodig) in 2 shiften of op zaterdag te werken.
