Den Haag, Zuid-Holland, Nederland Opdrachtomschrijving Technisch Business Consultant • EPD Integratie Business Analyse • Overheid Zorg Als Technisch Business Consultant werk je als Business Analist binnen een omvangrijk programma voor de vernieuwing van een elektronisch patiëntendossier. Je verbindt zorgprocessen, informatievoorziening en techniek en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar concrete ontwerpen, user stories en procesflows. Rol & context Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinaire programmaorganisatie waarin technische vernieuwing, organisatieverandering en adoptie samenkomen. Het programma realiseert en implementeert een integraal zorginformatiesysteem waarmee onder andere de kwaliteit van zorg en patiënt- en medicatieveiligheid verder worden verbeterd. Werkzaamheden • Opstellen van functionele en technische configuratieontwerpen • Ontwerpen en uitwerken van integratievraagstukken tussen EPD-systemen • Opstellen en uitwerken van user stories en procesflows • Opstellen van een inrichting- en configuratieplan • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van opleidingsmateriaal • Analyseren en structureren van complexe business- en informatievraagstukken • Vertalen van behoeften van zorgprofessionals en andere stakeholders naar concrete oplossingen • Verzamelen en valideren van informatie binnen een grote en complexe organisatie • Afstemmen met programmamanagement, informatiemanagement, projectleiders en inhoudelijke specialisten • Verbinden van functionele en technische vraagstukken binnen het EPD-landschap • Ondersteunen van de vernieuwing van zorgprocessen en informatievoorziening • Bijdragen aan een samenhangende inrichting en implementatie van het nieuwe EPD-landschap Eisen • Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding • Minimaal 8 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Business Analist • Mini...
