Je kent HVAC, denkt technisch mee en krijgt graag verantwoordelijkheid? In deze rol combineer je calculatie met klantencontact, technische voorbereiding en opvolging. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team waar je rechtstreeks schakelt met de zaakvoerders en waar jouw beslissingen impact hebben. Op termijn kan je zelfs mee instappen in het bedrijf.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van technische plannen en lastenboeken
  • Maken van warmteverlies-, ventilatie- en dimensioneringsberekeningen
  • Berekenen en opmaken van offertes voor sanitair en centrale verwarming
  • Offertes technisch toelichten aan klanten en partners
  • Opvolgen van offertes en lopende projecten
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en prijzen onderhandelen
  • Af en toe uitvoeren van opmetingen bij particulieren
  • Meedenken over technische en praktische oplossingen
  • Indien nodig eenvoudige elektrische schema’s uitwerken

Je werkt ongeveer 80% vanuit het kantoor en 20% op verplaatsing.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiel, familiaal installatiebedrijf met een klein team en een sterke technische reputatie. Het bedrijf is actief binnen sanitair, centrale verwarming, HVAC en ventilatie en focust voornamelijk op grotere residentiële projecten. Denk aan kwalitatieve woningbouw, renovaties en projecten tot een 25-tal appartementen. Je hebt een bacheloropleiding met focus op HVAC. Je hebt een goede technische kennis van sanitair en centrale verwarming. Je kan warmteverlies- en ventilatieberekeningen maken. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
