West-Vlaamse technische KMO die zich toelegt op professionele koel- en vriesinstallaties, warmtepompen en aanverwante technieken.

Je werkt met moderne techniek. CO2-koeltechniek en warmterecuperatie zijn geen klassieke installatietechnieken.

Je kunt er specialist worden. Medewerkers krijgen opleiding en kunnen doorgroeien tot specialist in moderne koeltechniek.

Je leert on the job. Ook kandidaten die nog niet volledig vertrouwd zijn met koeltechniek worden ondersteund door ervaren collega's en projectleiders.

Je werkt aan grote, concrete projecten. Denk aan koelinstallaties voor retail en industriële klanten, met soms behoorlijk indrukwekkende installaties.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technisch Calculator Koeltechniek werk je vanuit de binnendienst aan de voorbereiding en kostprijsberekening van koeltechnische installaties. Je ondersteunt ervaren projectleiders bij het uitwerken van projecten en vertaalt technische aanvragen, bestekken en specificaties naar duidelijke offertes en doordachte calculaties.

In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen verkoop, projectleiding, leveranciers en engineering. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen, vraagt prijzen en technische info op bij leveranciers en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht van offerte naar uitvoering.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Analyseren van aanvragen, plannen, bestekken en technische dossiers
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en offertes
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleiding bij de voorbereiding van koeltechnische projecten
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor prijsaanvragen en technische documentatie
  • Meedenken over efficiënte, haalbare en technisch sterke oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde overdracht naar de uitvoeringsfase

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar moderne koeltechniek centraal staat, met projecten rond onder meer CO2-installaties, warmtepompen en warmterecuperatie. Voor een starter is dit een mooie kans om zich stap voor stap te ontwikkelen tot specialist, met begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en ruimte om bij te leren on the job.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een technische basis en de motivatie om zich verder te verdiepen in koeltechniek. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen: ook als schoolverlater kom je in aanmerking, op voorwaarde dat je leergierig bent en graag nauwkeurig werkt.

Wat we graag terugzien in jouw profiel:

  • Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur bachelor klimatisering, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige richting
  • Interesse in koeltechniek, klimaatinstallaties en innovatieve technieken
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring of stage in calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, engineering of technische ondersteuning; dit is geen must
  • Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en analytische aanpak
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een gezonde portie probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot af te stemmen met collega’s en leveranciers
  • Digitale vaardigheden en de bereidheid om nieuwe tools en systemen snel aan te leren
  • Goesting om te groeien binnen een technische omgeving en mee te bouwen aan kwaliteitsvolle projecten

Je bent iemand die vragen durft stellen, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en graag meedenkt in functie van een correcte en haalbare offerte. Een interesse in moderne, niet-klassieke koeltechnieken is een duidelijke troef.
