Technisch Coördinator Beheer en Onderhoud Hoofdkantoor Dordrecht Wieldrechtseweg 50 38 uur Als Technisch Coördinator Beheer & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten op onze tankstations en vastgoedlocaties. Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met een team van monteurs, ondersteunt hen bij complexe technische vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat zij hun werkzaamheden efficiënt en veilig kunnen uitvoeren. Daarnaast stem je werkzaamheden af met externe onderhoudspartijen en bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en planning van onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, organisatorische vaardigheden en daadkracht blijven onze locaties veilig, betrouwbaar en operationeel. Je bent regelmatig op locatie aanwezig en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen monteurs, leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Samen met de monteurs werk je continu aan het verbeteren van processen, het voorkomen van storingen en het verhogen van de technische kwaliteit van onze locaties.
