Elke ochtend is een verrassing in waarbij je als technisch coördinator start met het oplossen van de eerste issues. Het kan zijn dat je direct aan de slag moet met technische installaties, interne verbouwingen, beveiliging of nieuwe projecten. Met jouw technisch inzicht en oog voor veiligheid is dat snel gefikst. Dat doe je in ons gemechaniseerde distributiecentrum in Nieuwegein. Een van onze distributiecentra, vanuit waar dagelijks snellere en efficiëntere belevering gedaan wordt aan onze regionale distributiecentra en winkels. In dit distributiecentrum wordt er gewerkt met robots en vind je verschillende afdelingen. Zie jij jezelf hier al werken? Maak van klanten fans als technisch coördinator Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische installaties, de koeling, verwarming, bouwkundig en al het intern transportmaterieel. Jij hebt de contacten met de aannemers en leveranciers en samen met de medewerker onderhoud zorg je ervoor dat alles goed blijft werken in het pand. En gaan er dingen stuk, dan regelen jullie vervanging of reparatie hiervan. Je zorgt dat lekkages worden opgelost, storingen worden verholpen in technische systemen en afkeurpunten vanuit inspecties tijdig worden opgelost. Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen correctief en planmatig onderhoud. Is alles geregeld, dan ga je op zoek naar verbeterpunten en draag je deze aan waardoor alles op technisch vlak elke dag weer een beetje beter is. Jij zet je elke dag in bij het: - Onderhouden en beheren van alle gebouw gebonden installaties. - Aansturen en coachen van de medewerker onderhoud. - Zorgen voor verslaglegging en maken van verbetervoorstellen, onderbouwd met berekeningen of iets wel of niet aangeschaft moet worden. - Nauw samenwerken met de facilitair coördinator en de facilitair manager. ...
