Wil je als jonge ingenieur met een eerste technische ervaring of bouwprofessional snel veel verantwoordelijkheid opnemen? Als technisch coördinator krijg je hier de kans om projecten van dichtbij te leren kennen, samen te werken met ervaren collega's en stap voor stap uit te groeien tot een zelfstandige projectleider. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar je niet alleen op kantoor werkt. Je bezoekt werven, leert de verschillende activiteiten kennen en krijgt een opleidingstraject om de nodige systemen en processen onder de knie te krijgen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de opvolging van technische bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je bezoekt werven en volgt de uitvoering mee op.
  • Je communiceert met ploegen, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en leert deze geleidelijk mee leiden.
  • Je volgt meetstaten en vorderingsstaten op.
  • Je leert schakelen tussen praktische werfvragen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je zoekt actief naar oplossingen wanneer er zich technische of praktische problemen voordoen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een technische organisatie die actief is in bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten, waaronder projecten binnen leidingtechnieken. Een groot deel van de opdrachten wordt uitgevoerd voor overheidsinstanties.

De organisatie werkt bewust aan een familiale werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je inhoudelijk begeleiden, terwijl er tegelijk ruimte is om zelfstandig te worden en uit fouten te leren.

De cultuur is no-nonsense: je hoeft geen extraverte persoonlijkheid te zijn, maar initiatief, pit en een vlotte communicatie zijn wel belangrijk.

  • Een bachelor- of masteropleiding in bouw is relevant.
  • Ook een achtergrond in elektromechanica kan in aanmerking komen.
  • Je wil technische kennis verder opbouwen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent vlot in communicatie en durft je uit te spreken.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Ervaring met technische of bouwkundige projecten is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Navision of een vergelijkbaar systeem is een plus
