Als technisch coördinator DSP-OSF bij Tata Steel in IJmuiden zorg je dat installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en volgens afspraak blijven draaien. Jij voert regie op techniek en onderhoud en bent hét vaste aanspreekpunt binnen jouw sectie. Met jouw overzicht en daadkracht maak je elke dag zichtbaar verschil op installaties van wereldformaat. In deze rol ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor onderhoudsresultaten, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van je installaties. Je werkt op het snijvlak van operatie en techniek en vertaalt data en praktijkkennis naar concrete verbeteracties. Als technisch coördinator DSP-OSF bij Tata Steel… - Ben je het technische aanspreekpunt in jouw gebied. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van meldingen en speelt een actieve rol in de ochtendwijdingscyclus. - Zorg je voor veilige werkcondities. Je stelt veiligstelvoorwaarden vast en beoordeelt veiligstelplannen en werkvergunningen samen met productie. - Neem je eigenaarschap over installatieprestaties. Je stuurt op betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid en vertaalt het jaarplan naar een heldere technische scope. - Leid je storingsanalyses en complexe verstoringen. Je voert root cause analyses uit en voorkomt herhaling. - Bewaak je scope, budget en compliance. Je stuurt op onderhoudskosten, forecast en realisatie en borgt wettelijk verplicht onderhoud. - Neem je regie bij stilstanden.
