Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je graag het overzicht en krijg je energie van het aansturen en ondersteunen van techniekers? Voor een servicegerichte technische organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Filiaalleider / Technisch Coördinator.

Je combineert techniek, planning en organisatie. Bij afwezigheid van de filiaalleider neem je de dagelijkse coördinatie van het filiaal over en zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en kwalitatief geholpen worden.

Jouw functie

Als Assistent Filiaalleider ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel de techniekers als de klanten. Je ondersteunt de filiaalleider bij de dagelijkse werking en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer deze afwezig is.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Dispatchen en coördineren van de dagelijkse serviceactiviteiten
  • Verdelen van binnenkomende service calls onder de techniekers
  • Technisch ondersteunen en bijsturen van techniekers
  • Opvolgen van uitgevoerde interventies en servicerapporten
  • Bedienen en adviseren van klanten aan de toonbank
  • Uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden in de werkplaats
  • Beheren van de voorraad en plaatsen van bestellingen
  • Controleren van binnenkomende leveringen en aankoopfacturen
  • Controleren van servicerapporten en voorbereiden van de facturatie
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van bestelbonnen
  • Verzorgen van rapportage naar klanten
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, eventueel in samenwerking met sales
  • Beheren van de filiaalagenda rond verlof, opleidingen en grotere interventies
  • Signaleren van operationele of technische problemen aan het management
  • Controleren van servicewagens bij in- en uitdiensttreding van techniekers
  • Mee bewaken van orde, netheid en een professionele werking van het filiaal

Veiligheid

Veilig werken staat centraal. Vanuit jouw rol:

  • Zie je toe op de naleving van veiligheidsregels en procedures
  • Controleer je het correcte gebruik van PBM's
  • Stimuleer je techniekers om veilig en bewust te werken
  • Voer je indien nodig werfinspecties uit
  • Signaleer je aandachtspunten aan de preventieadviseur/VCA-verantwoordelijke

We zoeken iemand die technisch onderlegd is, maar ook graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met mensen kan omgaan.

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair technisch onderwijs
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante technische ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een servicegerichte omgeving
  • Je kunt techniekers technisch ondersteunen en hun werkzaamheden beoordelen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt snel prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en communicatief
  • Je durft collega's op een constructieve manier aan te sturen en bij te sturen
  • Je beschikt over een geldig VCA-VOL-certificaat
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van de gangbare MS Office-programma's
  • Meertaligheid is een pluspunt
  • Een rijbewijs C is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
