De functie Als Technisch Coördinator Onderhoud ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor techniek, onderhoudsprestaties, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van complexe installaties in de zware industrie. Je voert regie op installatieonderhoud, vertaalt data en praktijkkennis naar concrete verbeteracties en werkt op het snijvlak van operatie en techniek. Daarbij ben je het technische aanspreekpunt binnen jouw gebied en geef je richting aan storingsanalyse, root cause analysis en onderhoudsresultaten. Jouw taken - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van meldingen en speelt een actieve rol in de ochtendwijdingscyclus. - Je stelt veiligstelvoorwaarden vast en beoordeelt veiligstelplannen en werkvergunningen samen met productie. - Je stuurt op betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid en vertaalt het jaarplan naar een heldere technische scope. - Je leidt storingsanalyses en complexe verstoringen, voert root cause analyses uit en voorkomt herhaling. - Je stuurt op onderhoudskosten, forecast en realisatie en borgt wettelijk verplicht onderhoud. - Als sectie-stilstandscoördinator bewaak je tijdens stilstanden de voortgang, kwaliteit en technische keuzes. Wij vragen - HBO werk- en denkniveau werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting. - Aantoonbare ervaring met onderhoudsbeheer en storingsanalyse in zware industrie of processindustrie. - Ervaring met installatieprestaties is een pre. - Affiniteit met budgettering, scopebewaking en compliance is gewenst. - Het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete acties is gewenst. - Affiniteit met zware industrie en onderhoud aan grote installaties is gewenst. - Leidinggevende ervaring is een sterke pre.
