Als Technisch Coördinator Planning ben jij de schakel tussen planning, techniek en operatie. Je coördineert onderhouds- en herstellingsinterventies, stemt de werkzaamheden af op de beschikbare techniekers en speelt snel in op onverwachte situaties. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent, technische affiniteit en oog voor kwaliteit blijft het onderhoud van het rollend materieel vlot verlopen en kunnen reizigers rekenen op veilige, perfect onderhouden treinen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Technisch Coördinator Planning zorg je voor een efficiënte planning en coördinatie van onderhouds- en herstellingsinterventies aan het rollend materieel in de tractiewerkplaats van Oostende.

  • Je bepaalt prioriteiten inzake onderhoud en herstellingen van het rollend materieel.
  • Je plant de onderhoudstechniekers in volgens beschikbaarheid en competenties in SAP / ERP.
  • Je coördineert inritten en rangeerbewegingen in de sporenbundel en de werkplaats.
  • Je bewaakt timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid met betrekking tot de uitvoering van onderhoud en herstellingen aan het rollend materieel.
  • Je stuurt de planning en prioriteiten bij in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden.
  • Je werkt samen met collega planners, teamleiders productie en de opleidingsafdeling.
  • Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel (vroeg, laat, nacht) inclusief weekend.

Jouw dag bij NMBS

Als Technisch Coördinator Planning start je met het bepalen van de prioriteiten voor onderhoud en herstellingen van het rollend materieel. Je houdt rekening met de beschikbaarheid en competenties van de onderhoudstechniekers en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning in SAP / ERP.

Doorheen de dag bewaak je de uitvoering van de onderhouds- en herstellingswerken en volg je de timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid nauwgezet op. Je coördineert inritten en rangeerbewegingen in de sporenbundel en de werkplaats en stuurt de planning bij wanneer onvoorziene situaties zich voordoen. Samen met collega planners, teamleiders productie en de opleidingsafdeling zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Excel, Outlook & Teams.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel bij onvoorziene situaties.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

  • Je hebt ervaring met productieplanning en/of coördinatie in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis elektriciteit, elektronica en/of mechanica.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP- of planningssoftware.
