Voor onze klant in de omgeving van Aalst, gespecialiseerd in brandbeveiliging, zoeken wij een Technisch Coördinator Service & Onderhoud.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technisch Coördinator ben jij de spil tussen klanten, techniekers en onderaannemers. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van technische interventies, van probleem tot facturatie.

  • Analyseren van technische problemen via rapporten of klantmeldingen
  • Uitwerken van technische oplossingen en bepalen van benodigde onderdelen
  • Aansturen van techniekers en opvolgen van uitgevoerde werken
  • Contact opnemen met onderaannemers en aanvragen van offertes
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie
  • Opstarten en opvolgen van facturatie
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Altijd werken met oog voor veiligheid en regelgeving

Je bent technisch sterk, gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een service- of technische coördinatierol.

  • Technische opleiding (mechanica, elektromechanica, autotechnieken of gelijkaardig)
  • Analytisch, klantgericht en verantwoordelijk
  • Zelfstandig, leergierig en teamgericht
  • Ervaring in een technische (backoffice) functie is een grote plus
  • Kennis van elektrische en elektronische systemen
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen
  • Nederlands en Frans (tweetaligheid is een plus)
