Voor een internationale productieomgeving regio Ardooie zoeken we een Technisch Coördinator Verpakking. Je ondersteunt het technische team binnen coating en verpakking en werkt actief mee aan optimalisaties, machineverbeteringen en nieuwe productintroducties.

Functieomschrijving

Als Technisch Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat verpakkingsprocessen technisch efficiënt blijven draaien en continu verbeteren.

Je werkt hands on op de werkvloer en bent betrokken van analyse tot oplossing.

Je takenpakket:

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden binnen coating en verpakkingsprocessen
  • Machines testen en technische specificaties opvolgen
  • Kleine technische storingen analyseren en oplossen
  • Technische verbeteringen voorstellen en uitvoeren
  • Interne contactpersoon zijn voor technische machinevragen
  • Verpakkingsmedewerkers begeleiden en coachen op de werkvloer
  • Samenwerken met technische dienst, productie en R&D
  • Machines instellen en ombouwen voor nieuwe producten
  • Routingverpakkingen begeleiden
  • Inefficiënties in processen opsporen en verbeteren
  • Optimalisatieprojecten opstarten en opvolgen
  • Nieuwe processen ontwikkelen voor NPD trajecten

Je bent hier geen theoretische coördinator die enkel vergadert. Wel iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met aanwezigheid op de vloer.

  • Technische bachelor elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke technische achtergrond binnen productie of verpakking
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Vlot werken met MS Office
  • Hands on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Goede communicatie met collega’s en techniekers
  • Flexibel en teamgericht
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Interesse in procesoptimalisatie en technische verbeteringen
