De functie inhoud Het takenpakket als technisch commercieel adviseur ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Advies geven aan klanten
  • De juiste bouwoplossingen voorstellen op basis van plannen, wensen en technische vereisten
  • Prospecteren regio Noord-Frankrijk
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en versterken
  • Prijzen van bouwprojecten berekenen aan de hand van plannen en technische informatie
  • Inschatten van de hoeveelheid materialen
  • Voorstellen en concepten uitwerken samen met de interne afdelingen

  • Een bachelor in de bouw of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Sterke interesse in de bouwsector
  • Je hebt ambitie om door te groeien tot een expert
  • Je bent autonoom, georganiseerd en neemt initiatief
  • Technische basiskennis met inzicht in bouwplannen
  • Kennis van bouwvoorschriften en aanbestedingsprocedures
  • Je bent commercieel, klantgericht en sociaal vaardig
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en bent stressbestendig
  • Franstalig of tweetalig FR/NL
  • Woonachtig in of nabij de regio (Bapaume, Kortrijk, Doornik …) en flexibel voor verkoop in Noord-Frankrijk
