Deze professionele groothandel biedt meer dan 55.000 elektrotechnische referenties uit voorraad. Klanten kunnen rekenen op technisch advies, slimme logistieke oplossingen en verschillende levermogelijkheden, van afhaling tot levering op de werf.

Als eerste aanspreekpunt in het filiaal zorg je voor een vlotte en professionele service. Je luistert naar de klant, denkt mee over de juiste technische oplossing en verwerkt bestellingen. Daarnaast volg je leveringen en voorraad op en spring je bij waar nodig.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Professionele klanten ontvangen en adviseren over elektrotechnische producten en oplossingen.

- Bestellingen correct verwerken en klanten informeren over voorraad, levertermijnen en lopende opdrachten.

- Commerciële kansen herkennen, aanvullende producten voorstellen en klanten informeren over acties.

- Technische vragen beantwoorden of samen met gespecialiseerde collega’s naar de juiste oplossing zoeken.

- Het magazijn ondersteunen en mee zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke voorraad.
