Technisch Commercieel Adviseur Architectuur 38 uur Zaandam MBO+ Bouw mee aan bijzondere projecten in Nederland & België Bij Carl Stahl Benelux werken techniek, veiligheid en architectuur samen in opvallende projecten. Van groene gevels en RVS-kabelnetten tot maatwerkoplossingen voor gebouwen, openbare ruimtes en valbeveiliging. Voor ons architectuurteam in Zaandam zoeken we een technisch commercieel adviseur die energie krijgt van klantcontact, techniek én architectuur. Iemand die graag meedenkt over slimme oplossingen en het leuk vindt om te schakelen tussen architecten, aannemers, staalbouwers en collega's. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment overleg je met een architect over een groene gevelconstructie, het volgende moment werk je een technische oplossing uit voor een veiligheidsproject. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van architecten, aannemers, staalbouwers en andere klanten - Uitwerken van technisch haalbare oplossingen met onze RVS-kabelsystemen - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes - Meedenken over maatwerkoplossingen binnen architectonische projecten - Begeleiden van projecten van aanvraag tot uitvoering - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en collega's - Werken met CRM- en ERP-systemen - Af en toe project- of klantbezoeken in Nederland en België - Bezoeken van relevante vakbeurzen en evenementen Wat voor projecten? Je werkt mee aan projecten waarin veiligheid en uitstraling samenkomen.
