Voor Stemin Breitbach in Lochem zoeken wij een Technisch Commercieel Adviseur Binnendienst die zich thuis voelt in de wereld van (aandrijf)techniek, machinebouw en technische maatwerkoplossingen. Stemin Breitbach is al 80 jaar gespecialiseerd in schakelbare en niet-schakelbare koppelingen en omspannen aandrijvingen voor de machinebouw. Vanuit Lochem werken zij voor uiteenlopende klanten: van internationale productiebedrijven tot innovatieve machinebouwers en ingenieursbureaus. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde. De technische vraagstukken zijn divers en klanten verwachten kwaliteit, inhoudelijk advies en snelheid. In deze functie vorm jij samen met collega's het hart van de commerciële binnendienst. Jij schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, orders en technische aanvragen soepel verlopen. Daarbij denk je niet alleen commercieel mee, maar ook technisch inhoudelijk. Wat ga je doen? • Klanten adviseren over technische aandrijfoplossingen en toepassingen; • Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes en orders; • Telefonisch en per mail contact onderhouden met klanten in binnen- en buitenland; • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst en meedenken over commerciële kansen; • Coördineren van klantspecifieke projecten; • Signaleren van ontwikkelingen in de markt en bij bestaande klanten; • Bewaken van planning, voortgang en administratieve afhandeling; • Schakelen tussen techniek, commercie en klantwensen.
