Heb je technisch inzicht én voel je je thuis in klantencontact? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou. Voor een innovatieve en familiale onderneming, actief in het ontwerpen en produceren van maatwerkoplossingen voor de industrie, zoeken we een Technisch-Commercieel Adviseur.

Je hebt een sterke technische interesse, commerciële flair en haalt voldoening uit het adviseren van klanten.

Als Technisch-Commercieel Adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.

Je luistert naar hun behoeften, denkt mee over de beste technische oplossing en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van elk dossier. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en vormt de schakel tussen de klant en de organisatie.

Jouw taken

Adviseren van bestaande klanten en uitbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties.

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe opportuniteiten identificeren, zowel in België als internationaal.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers.
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en kostenbesparende oplossingen.

Commerciële opportuniteiten omzetten in concrete projecten.

  • Onderhouden van contacten via telefoon, mail, online meetings en klantbezoeken.
  • Gemiddeld één dag per week klanten bezoeken.

Correct administratief opvolgen van dossiers. Jouw profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of hebt door relevante ervaring een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd.
  • Een technische opleiding of achtergrond is een mooie plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten en toepassingen.
  • Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer je verschillende dossiers tegelijk beheert.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
