Je krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject, waarbij je leert over techniek en adviesvaardigheden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid in klantcontact en werkvoorbereiding. 1 Dit ga je doen Als technisch commercieel adviseur ga je aan de slag in een rol waar verkoop, technisch advies, service en werkvoorbereiding samenkomen. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en installateur en zorgt dat ieder vraagstuk helder wordt opgepakt. In deze functie draait het om leren én doen. Je start als junior en groeit snel door, ondersteund door ervaren collega's en intensieve trainingen. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het behandelen van klantvragen, het opstellen van adviezen, het begeleiden van installaties en het voorbereiden van werkopdrachten. Je wisselt gesprekken met klanten af met technische overleggen, volgt trainingen en pakt steeds complexere cases op.
