FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, commercieel ingesteld en haal je energie uit dagelijks klantencontact? Heb je ervaring met gereedschappen, bevestigingsmaterialen of beslag en geef je graag professioneel advies? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een uitstekende service en deskundig advies.

Wat ga je doen?

• Klanten professioneel onthalen in de vestiging • Technisch advies geven over gereedschappen, bevestigingsmaterialen, meubel-, deur- en raambeslag • Klanten informeren over prijzen, toepassingen en levertermijnen • Actief luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant en passende oplossingen voorstellen • Zorgen voor een verzorgde, aantrekkelijke en overzichtelijke winkelpresentatie • Administratieve taken uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van de verkoop • Meewerken aan de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal • Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe producten, technieken en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector • Bijdragen aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen van de vestiging

PROFIEL

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een technische of commerciële omgeving • Je beschikt over een goede productkennis van gereedschappen, beslag of bouwgerelateerde materialen • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief • Je bent leergierig en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen binnen jouw vakgebied
