Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als technisch commercieel bediende?

  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je bent voornamelijk actief bij bestaande klanten en doet geen klassieke koude prospectie.
  • Nieuwe projecten volg je commercieel op en je detecteert bijkomende opportuniteiten.
  • Je bespreekt technische noden en denkt mee over geschikte oplossingen (ondersteund door stabiliteitsingenieur).
  • Offertes opmaken, toelichten en opvolgen behoort tot je dagelijkse taken.
  • Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige commerciële traject.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de interne technische expertise voor complexere vraagstukken.
  • Ongeveer 60% van je tijd ben je op de baan, de rest werk je vanuit kantoor.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde KMO binnen de bouwsector, waar maatwerk, technische expertise en kwaliteit centraal staan. Het bedrijf realiseert betonoplossingen voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en denkt actief mee met aannemers en studiebureaus. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen en een team van ongeveer 50 medewerkers heerst er een directe en persoonlijke werksfeer. Je krijgt er de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, technische kennis in te zetten en mee te bouwen aan uitdagende projecten. Wie ben jij als technisch administratief bediende?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de bouwsector of een technische commerciële omgeving.
  • Een bouwkundige achtergrond is belangrijk; ervaring in de bouwhandel is zeker relevant.
  • Je communiceert professioneel, straalt vertrouwen uit en weet relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je bent een rustige doorzetter die commerciële kansen op een subtiele manier weet te benutten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en beschikt over een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen.
