Onze klant is een heel sterk en stabiel familiebedrijf binnen de productiesector. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en maken van klantspecifieke oplossingen voor uiteenlopende industrieën. Of het nu gaat om producten voor de retail, e-commerce of zware industrie: zij zorgen voor het juiste maatwerk via hun uiterst moderne machinepark. Voor hun gloednieuwe productiesite in de regio Maasmechelen zoeken we een sterke interne spilfiguur die alles vlot en kordaat laat draaien.

In deze rol als Technisch Commercieel Bediende ben je de rots in de branding voor jouw klantenportefeuille en de onmisbare schakel naar de productie en het hoofdkantoor. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van bestellingen, bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen en helpt actief mee om de overstap naar een nieuw softwaresysteem in goede banen te leiden. Het is een rol waarin je zelf veel structuur kan brengen en waarbij jouw nauwkeurigheid echt het verschil maakt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Fungeren als eerste, enthousiaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten bij vragen, klachten en nieuwe bestellingen.
  • Uiterst nauwkeurig overzetten en controleren van offertes en facturen vanuit een oud naar een nieuw systeem, waarbij je elke fout feilloos opspoort.
  • Ondersteunen van de accountmanagers door te zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte administratieve opvolging van het hele verkoopproces.
  • Dagelijks schakelen met de productie, calculatie, logistiek en de collega’s in de andere vestiging om alle neuzen in dezelfde richting te houden.

Profiel

  • beschikt over een 3 tot 5-tal jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een gezonde dosis technische interesse; plannen lezen en meedenken over wat een machine wel of niet kan, schrikt jou totaal niet af.
  • Je staat heel stevig in je schoenen, laat je niet uit je lood slaan door erg directe communicatie van collega's of veeleisende klanten, en durft je mannetje te staan.
  • Kennis van het Duits is een mooie extra troef om onze Duitse klanten te woord te staan.
