In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je technische expertise met klantgericht advies. Je begeleidt klanten van de eerste aanvraag tot de uiteindelijke levering en werkt mee aan hoogwaardige energieoplossingen voor industriële bedrijven, bouwprojecten, overheden en gespecialiseerde toepassingen. Geen twee dossiers zijn hetzelfde, waardoor je elke dag nieuwe uitdagingen aangaat.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail en adviseert hen over de meest geschikte energieoplossingen.
  • Je analyseert technische aanvragen, lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdossiers en vertaalt deze naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je stelt professionele offertes op en werkt voorstellen uit die volledig afgestemd zijn op de technische behoeften van de klant.
  • Je beheert prijslijsten en zorgt voor een correcte prijszetting van doorverkoop- en noodstroomoplossingen.
  • Je volgt offertes actief op, onderhandelt met klanten en begeleidt het volledige commerciële traject tot de bestelling.
  • Je coördineert bestellingen bij leveranciers en bewaakt de volledige opvolging van elk dossier.
  • Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met collega's van sales, techniek en leveranciers om klanten een uitstekende service te bieden.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van elektriciteit, elektrische installaties en energiebeheer.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en bij voorkeur ervaring in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan technische dossiers snel doorgronden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een proactieve teamspeler die graag meedenkt en klanten oplossingsgericht adviseert.
