Voor een dynamisch en groeiend familiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch & Commercieel Bediende die klanten professioneel te woord staat, technische vragen mee helpt oplossen en ervoor zorgt dat de administratie en planning vlot verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Technisch & Commercieel Bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, machines, mecaniciens en de administratie.

Je verzorgt het onthaal van klanten en staat in voor het afleveren van bestelde machines.

Je voert een eerste controle uit van teruggebrachte machines.

Je biedt telefonisch eerste technische ondersteuning bij vragen, kleine defecten en pannes.

Je volgt de huurvloot administratief en praktisch op.

Je verzorgt de maandelijkse verkoopfacturatie.

Je bestelt en volgt onderdelen en wisselstukken op.

Je maakt opdrachtbonnen op en verdeelt de werkzaamheden onder de mecaniciens.

Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht geholpen worden.

Je bewaakt mee de administratieve opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en correct geregistreerd wordt.

Wij zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de machinewereld en kent verschillende types bouwmachines.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en voelt je thuis in een omgeving met machines.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en zeer georganiseerd.
  • Je werkt vlot met Word en Excel.
  • Kennis van Exact is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Je krijgt hiervoor de nodige opleiding.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent zeer klantgericht, vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ervan om zaken correct op te volgen.
