De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technisch-Commercieel Bediende in Zedelgem:

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun keuze voor energie-oplossingen
  • Je informeert en adviseert klanten via telefoon, videocall of in de showroom
  • Je stelt offertes op maat op, afgestemd op de noden van de klant
  • Je volgt klanten en prospecten proactief op en bouwt duurzame relaties op
  • Het sluiten van deals geeft jou energie en motiveert je om targets te behalen
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt van jouw klanten, van eerste contact tot oplevering
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor de administratieve ondersteuning en de correcte eindfacturatie
  • Tot slot stem je intern af met techniekers, administratie en collega’s om elk project succesvol af te ronden

  • Technisch inzicht is een troef en je bent bereid om hierin verder te groeien
  • Je communiceert vlot en empathisch met klanten en collega’s
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het afsluiten van deals
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie is een plus, maar motivatie is doorslaggevend
