Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een technisch commercieel medewerker voor onze klant in Tessenderlo. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de distributie van centrale verwarming, airco, ventilatie en hernieuwbare energie.

Jouw takenpakket als technisch commercieel medewerker bestaat uit:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in de proshop. Je verwelkomt zowel professionele installateurs als particulieren, brengt hun behoeften in kaart en voorziet hen van deskundig commercieel en technisch advies over sanitair en verwarming.
  • Je stelt nauwkeurig offertes, verkoop- en bestelbonnen op. Daarnaast reken je aankopen correct af en informeer je klanten over bezorgkosten en leveringstermijnen.
  • Je controleert binnenkomende leveringen van leveranciers en houdt de voorraad nauwkeurig bij. Daarnaast zet je bestellingen klaar en verifieer je of de inhoud, aantallen en verpakkingen kloppen.
  • Je bouwt aan een langetermijnrelatie met de klanten en schakelt hierbij geregeld met de interne vertegenwoordigers. Indien nodig verwijs je complexere dossiers door naar de juiste interne afdeling.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de filiaal teamlead.

Profiel

Als technisch commercieel medewerker herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een magazijnomgeving of binnen de toonbankverkoop.
  • Een technische achtergrond in of kennis van sanitair, centrale verwarming, koeling of bouw is een absolute troef.
  • Je bent sociaal, klantgericht en gedreven om de beste service te verlenen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in teamverband. Je werkt georganiseerd, punctueel en blijft rustig onder stress.
  • Je pikt nieuwe zaken snel op en past je vlot aan. Na een intern opleidingstraject is werken met bedrijfseigen IT-systemen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
