Technisch Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst - Parts Wanneer een machine onverwacht stilvalt, is een snelle en correcte onderdelenservice van cruciaal belang. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat klanten en techniekers tijdig beschikken over de juiste onderdelen, zodat onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden efficiënt kunnen doorgaan. Je komt terecht binnen een internationale technische organisatie actief in zware mobiele machines en infrastructuurtoepassingen. Technische expertise, servicegericht werken en een sterke klantfocus staan centraal in de dagelijkse werking. Deze rol combineert technische kennis met commerciële ondersteuning en administratieve nauwkeurigheid. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, techniekers en interne afdelingen en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Technisch Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst - Parts - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je verzorgt de orderverwerking van onderdelenbestellingen in SAP, volgt leveringen nauwgezet op en communiceert proactief over beschikbaarheid, levertermijnen en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je levert technisch advies aan klanten door onderdelen te identificeren via elektronische onderdelencatalogi, offertes op te stellen en vragen professioneel te behandelen via mail en telefoon.
  • Je bewaakt een correcte administratieve afhandeling van facturatie, orderafsluitingen, aankoopfacturen, retourdossiers en creditnota's, zodat alle processen efficiënt en correct verlopen.

Technisch Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst - Parts - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond dankzij een opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen automechanica, elektromechanica, elektronica of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je combineert organisatievermogen met klantgerichtheid, werkt nauwkeurig en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een omgeving waar verschillende dossiers gelijktijdig lopen.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans professioneel en voelt je comfortabel in dagelijks telefonisch klantencontact; kennis van Engels of Duits vormt een bijkomende meerwaarde.
