Heb je een eerste ervaring achter de rug en ben jij technisch aangelegd, commercieel ingesteld én administratief sterk? Krijg je energie van klantencontact (NL - FR) en hou je ervan om dingen efficiënt geregeld te krijgen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de versterking die wij zoeken!

Als Technisch Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker binnen de Parts-afdeling ben jij een cruciale schakel tussen klant, magazijn en organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte werking van de afdeling.

Jouw taken:

  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor het invoeren van parts-bestellingen voor de parts- en de service afdeling in het SAP-systeem
  • je volgt actief bestellingen/leveringen op, indien nodig informeer je klanten of collega’s bij lange levertermijnen en vertraging van leveringen
  • je adviseert klanten (face to face, telefonisch en per mail) over onderdelen en technische oplossingen in het NL en FR
  • je verwerkt bestellingen en volgt deze nauwgezet op
  • je maakt offertes op en licht deze telefonisch toe aan klanten
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse facturatie
  • je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling
  • je werkt nauw samen met het magazijn en je collega’s op de binnendienst
  • je denkt proactief mee om de werking van de afdeling te verbeteren
  • je hebt een goede technische kennis of sterke interesse in techniek
  • je bent commercieel ingesteld en durft initiatief te nemen
  • je werkt gestructureerd, efficiënt en nauwkeurig
  • je bijt je graag vast in dagelijkse facturatie en administratie
  • je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands (40%) en Frans (60%) (je durft en kan je plan trekken in communicatie met Franstalige klanten)
  • je kan je goed verstaanbaar maken in het Engels
  • je bent een enthousiaste teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid
