Om onze sterk uitgebreide productiecapaciteit commercieel verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende Technisch-Commercieel Business Developer met affiniteit voor construction, machinebouw, staalconstructies, carrosseriebouw of heavy equipment.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technisch-commerciële verkooptraject: van marktontwikkeling en actieve prospectie tot technische analyse, calculatie, offerte, onderhandeling, orderafsluiting en projectoverdracht.

Je combineert technische kennis met commerciële slagkracht en weet klantbehoeften te vertalen naar technisch haalbare en commercieel interessante oplossingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Marktontwikkeling & Business Development

Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.

Prospecteren binnen de bouw-, transport-, industrie- en logistieke sector.

Identificeren van nieuwe marktsegmenten, toepassingen en groeimogelijkheden.

Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties.

Ontwikkelen van de marktpositie en commerciële strategie voor nieuwe producten en oplossingen.

Technisch Advies & Solution Selling

Analyseren van de technische behoeften en uitdagingen van klanten.

Bespreken en beoordelen van technische specificaties, waaronder laadvermogen, gewichtsverdeling, hydrauliek, constructie en functionaliteit.

Vertalen van klantvragen naar concrete technische oplossingen.

Samenwerken met engineering en productie om maatwerkoplossingen te ontwikkelen.

Optreden als technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het verkoopproces.

Calculatie & Offerte

Zelfstandig uitvoeren van kostprijscalculaties en technische calculaties.

Opstellen van technische en commerciële offertes.

Vertalen van technische specificaties naar heldere commerciële voorstellen.

Bewaken van verkoopprijzen, kostprijzen en marges.

Voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen en opvolgen van offertes tot orderafsluiting.

Sterk technisch inzicht en het vermogen om technische concepten snel te begrijpen.

Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.

Je bent niet bang van koude prospectie en actieve klantenbenadering.

Je kunt op niveau communiceren met zowel engineers, productie, technische medewerkers als beslissers bij klanten.

Je bent analytisch en kunt technische informatie vertalen naar een commercieel voorstel.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook vlot in een multidisciplinair team.

Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit.
