Op die manier bevorderen ze het duurzaam karakter van alle projecten waarbij het bedrijf als partner-constructeur betrokken is.

Jobomschrijving

Bij onze klant, al decennia een specialist in aluminium ramen, deuren en gevels, krijg jij als Technisch Commercieel Calculator de kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen in het realiseren van hoogwaardige bouwprojecten. Het bedrijf, gelegen in de Kempen, werkt samen met architecten en bouwondernemers om stijlvolle, duurzame oplossingen te bieden, variërend van luxeappartementen tot voetbalacademies. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van aanvraagdossiers naar gedetailleerde offertes en onderhoud je een sterke relatie met klanten om nieuwe projecten tot een succes te maken.

Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Grondige analyse van technische beschrijvingen en detailtekeningen van aanvraagdossiers.
  • Berekenen en uitwerken van offertes voor aluminium schrijnwerk, gevelconstructies en maatwerkoplossingen.
  • Beheer van een effectief calculatieagenda en bewaking van marges.
  • Bespreken van offertes met klanten, initiëren van optimalisaties en bereiken van overeenkomsten.
  • Overdracht van duidelijk onderbouwde dossiers aan de uitvoering.
  • Ontwikkeling van een betrouwbaar netwerk door het onderhouden van klantrelaties en prospectie naar nieuwe klanten.

In deze functie maak je deel uit van ons kernteam en werk je samen met de directie, projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding om onze projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Om succesvol te zijn als Technisch Commercieel Calculator, zijn de volgende kwalificaties essentieel:

  • Technisch inzicht in aluminium schrijnwerk of een relevante bouwtechnische achtergrond.
  • Gevoel voor nauwkeurigheid, analytisch vermogen en commerciële flair.
  • Ervaring met calculatiesoftware zoals ReynaPro, LogiKal, of vergelijkbare programma’s is een troef.
  • Zelfstandige, gestructureerde en proactieve werkwijze.
  • Helder en professioneel kunnen communiceren.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en kennis van Frans en Engels als bijkomende troef.
  • Maturiteit en ervaring, idealiter met 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Competenties zoals analytisch denken, onderhandelingsvaardigheden, stressbestendigheid, initiatieven nemen en gedisciplineerd werken.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt nauw samen met projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding.
