Wil je vanuit een technische projectomgeving een echte eindverantwoordelijkheid opnemen? Hier krijg je de ruimte om een gespecialiseerde HVAC onderneming verder uit te bouwen en mee richting te geven aan haar toekomst. Je combineert techniek, klantencontact, commercie en people management in een rol met directe impact. Daarbij krijg je ondersteuning vanuit een grotere groep en hoef je niet alles alleen uit te zoeken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding van de onderneming op.
  • Je volgt klanten en projecten op van aanvraag tot uitvoering.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budgetten, marges en timing.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers, techniekers en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je bouwt het B2B segment verder uit.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde HVAC onderneming binnen een grotere groep. Vandaag bestaat het team uit vier medewerkers met een sterke technische expertise. De ambitie is om de onderneming verder uit te bouwen naar 5 tot 10 medewerkers. De werking combineert residentiele, commerciele en toekomstige industriele HVAC projecten. Je werkt in een warme en sociale omgeving met korte communicatielijnen.

  • Je hebt sterke relevante ervaring binnen HVAC.
  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager.
  • Je beschikt over sterke technische en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt ambitie om een onderneming mee te leiden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
