De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket als technisch commercieel ingenieur er uit?

  • Je maakt gedetailleerde verkoopoffertes en kostprijscalculaties op voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, van kleinschalige residentiële werken tot grote infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Je bespreekt de opgestelde offertes rechtstreeks met de klant, in nauwe samenwerking met de technisch commercieel projectverantwoordelijke.
  • Je vraagt prijsoffertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en analyseert deze kritisch om de meest competitieve en kwalitatieve keuzes te maken.
  • Je beoordeelt de technische en financiële risico's van een project en verwerkt deze correct in de calculatie.

Onze klant De klasse 8 aannemer regio kust waarvoor we op zoek gaan, is een gevestigde naam in de Belgische bouwsector met kantoren verspreid over West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Het bedrijf realiseert een breed gamma aan projecten: residentiële bouw, kantoorgebouwen, scholen, ziekenhuizen en sportinfrastructuur. Die projectvariatie zorgt ervoor dat geen enkel dossier hetzelfde is.

Met ruim 140 medewerkers is dit een organisatie die groot genoeg is voor uitdagende projecten, maar klein genoeg om iedereen bij naam te kennen. Dat merken ze zelf ook: twee keer per jaar organiseert het bedrijf teambuildings- en gezinsdagen zodat collega's elkaar buiten de werkcontext leren kennen. Naast collegialiteit investeren ze actief in jouw groei via opleidingsdagen op maat en gezondheidsinitiatieven op de werkvloer.   • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen – Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je leest vlot bouwplannen en bestekken en hebt een sterk technisch-bouwkundig inzicht.
  • Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met commercieel gevoel en weet klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers professioneel te benaderen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar schakelt moeiteloos in teamverband.
  • Eerdere ervaring in calculatie of offertebeheer binnen de bouwsector is een mooie troef.
