Jobomschrijving

Combineert u technische expertise graag met analyse, klantencontact en commercieel inzicht?

Sluit u aan bij een onderneming gespecialiseerd in industriële oplossingen voor kleppen en pneumatiek en werk actief mee aan uiteenlopende technische projecten. U komt terecht in een hecht team en een werkomgeving waarin opleiding, zelfstandigheid en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Nederlands als eerste taal is een absolute vereiste voor deze functie.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

Als belangrijke schakel tussen de technische en commerciële activiteiten speelt u een sleutelrol in de begeleiding van klanten en het zoeken naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften.

Uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer:

  • De technische behoeften van klanten analyseren en hun vereisten begrijpen;
  • Geschikte oplossingen en apparatuur voor kleppen en pneumatiek selecteren en voorstellen;
  • Duidelijke, nauwkeurige en technisch onderbouwde commerciële offertes opstellen;
  • Hoogwaardige technische ondersteuning bieden aan de interne teams;
  • Contracten opvolgen en actualiseren: prijzen, levertijden, specificaties en technische aspecten;
  • Nauw samenwerken met leveranciers om de nodige technische en commerciële informatie te verkrijgen;
  • Meewerken aan het zoeken naar oplossingen voor uiteenlopende industriële vraagstukken;
  • Nauw samenwerken met commerciële, technische en administratieve teams;
  • Uw expertise geleidelijk verder ontwikkelen om uit te groeien tot een vaste technische gesprekspartner voor klanten.

Uw profiel

U bent technisch ingesteld, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht en combineert graag analytisch werk met contacten met klanten en collega's.

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • Een bachelordiploma of ingenieursdiploma in elektromechanica, automatisering of een gelijkwaardige technische richting;
  • Een eerste ervaring in een industriële, technische of commerciële omgeving is een pluspunt;
  • Nederlands als eerste taal;
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
  • Een sterke interesse in industriële omgevingen en technische producten;
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office;
  • Een analytische geest en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak;
  • Nauwkeurigheid, organisatievermogen en proactiviteit;
  • Een sterke teamgeest en klantgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële feeling.
