Wij zijn een vooraanstaand innovatief bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in betonwapening en netwapening, met een sterke focus op het leveren van uitmuntende service aan onze klanten, waaronder aannemers en bouwprofessionals. In deze belangrijke functie ben jij de brug tussen onze klanten en ons interne team. Jouw uitdaging bestaat uit het vertalen van klantvragen naar heldere offertes en het omzetten van technische specificaties naar commerciële mogelijkheden, terwijl je tegelijkertijd duurzame relaties opbouwt.

Als technisch commercieel medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opstellen, versturen en actief opvolgen van offertes.
  • Het adviseren van klanten en het benutten van commerciële mogelijkheden.
  • Het invoeren van buigstaten om klanten een nauwkeurige offerte aan te bieden.
  • Het vertalen van klantvragen naar duidelijke interne instructies voor werkvoorbereiding en productie.
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van ons bedrijf bij klanten en op netwerkmomenten.
  • Een nauwe samenwerking met collega's van werkvoorbereiding, productie en logistiek.

  • Je combineert commerciële flair met technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bent in staat om offertes om te zetten in concrete opdrachten.
  • Je bent gedreven om ons merk op de kaart te zetten en denkt proactief mee over commerciële kansen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en hebt een sterke klantgerichte instelling.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe technische taken uit te voeren, zoals het invoeren van buigstaten, om klanten de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden.
