Ben jij op zoek naar een interessante technische job met een commerciële insteek? Wil jij een centrale rol spelen in het verwerken en opvolgen van onderdelenbestellingen, en ben je graag hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s? Een groeiend technisch bedrijf in de regio Antwerpen zoekt een Technisch Commercieel Medewerker voor de Parts afdeling. Dit is dé kans om jouw talent in te zetten binnen een modern team waar klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en service voorop staan.

In deze rol als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker ben jij cruciaal in het vlotte verloop van de onderdelenlogistiek. Dit kunnen jouw taken zijn:

  • Invoeren en verwerken van onderdelenbestellingen voor klanten en de interne serviceafdeling via het SAP-systeem.
  • Actieve opvolging van bestellingen bij leveranciers en fabrieken (OEM’s), inclusief informeren van klanten en collega’s bij vertragingen.
  • Opzoeken van parts nummers in elektronische catalogi.
  • Klanten te woord staan in het Nederlands en Frans, en ook in het Duits of Engels via mail, telefoon of bij het afhalen van onderdelen.
  • Opstellen van offertes, toelichten en doorgeven aan klanten.
  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse facturatie, het afsluiten en goedkeuren van bestellingen en aankoopfacturen, en verwerken van creditnota’s in SAP.
  • Samenwerken met technisch experts en de partsverkoper.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen onderdelenbeheer of technische binnendienst.
  • Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent plichtsbewust en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig en je neemt graag initiatief.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans; Duits/Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een collegiale houding en denkt mee in oplossingen.
