Zin om je commerciële feeling te combineren met klantencontact, verantwoordelijkheid én voldoende afwisseling? Dan zou deze functie wel eens perfect bij je kunnen passen.

Voor een gevestigde onderneming binnen de technische groothandel zoeken we een Technische commercieel medewerker in regio Zwijndrecht. Vanuit het filiaal sta je dagelijks in contact met professionele klanten die rekenen op een uitgebreid assortiment, deskundig advies en een correcte service.

Hier draait het niet alleen om verkopen vanachter een bureau. Je denkt mee met klanten, volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het filiaal. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s en krijg je de ruimte om klanten op een persoonlijke en praktische manier verder te helpen.

Wil je een commerciële functie met variatie, waarin klantgericht werken en verantwoordelijkheid mooi samenkomen? Dan loont het absoluut de moeite om verder te lezen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Professionele klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor gericht advies, terwijl je hun bestellingen zorgvuldig verwerkt en verder opvolgt
  • Een vlotte filiaalwerking vraagt ook praktische inzet: producten klaarzetten, de voorraad aanvullen en mee zorgen voor een verzorgde werkplek behoren tot jouw taken
  • Offertes en orders komen telefonisch en via e-mail bij jou terecht, waarna je alles correct opvolgt tot aan de levering of afhaling
  • Als technisch commercieel medewerker onderhoud je nauw contact met aankoop en jouw collega’s om klantvragen efficiënt te beantwoorden
  • Samen met het team neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking en spring je bij waar extra ondersteuning nodig is
  • Je deed reeds (een eerste) ervaring opgedaan in een commerciële functie of beschikt over een relevante achtergrond binnen de sector
  • In het contact met professionele klanten komt technische productkennis goed van pas en vormt dit een duidelijke meerwaarde
  • Jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands is voor jou geen enkel probleem; kennis van Frans, Engels of andere talen is mooi meegenomen
  • Wat de werkuren betreft, ben je bereid om twee keer per maand op zaterdag te werken en op te starten voor 8u (tijdens de zomerperiode om 7u)
